Diacerin
Diacerein is also known as Diacetylrhein. Diacerein is used for treatment of Osteoarthritis. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of Interlukin-1, the main cytokine involved in cartilage destruction and enhances the synthesis of Proteoglycans & Hyluronic Acid which are the principal components of cartilage.
